I had a GREAT experience with Laptop Maven. The screen looked great, and arrived quickly, but the best part is that I was walked through the process of installation step by step. I am probably the least technologically competent person on the planet. But as soon as I sent an email saying that I was having trouble, there was someone on the phone within ten minutes (and this was 8 pm at night on a Sunday) to help me. He stayed on for an hour walking me through every detail of the installation. I even sent pictures to explain exactly what I was having trouble with. You should definitely order from Laptop Maven--I thought I was going to have to scrap my brand new netbook, but instead I was able to fix it myself for under $100. Pretty great. Thanks!!
